Terms of Service

Welcome to NeuraBoard, a product of Tomoor Labs LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates (“NeuraBoard,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NeuraBoard platform, website, integrations, and AI-powered features (collectively, the “Services”). By using NeuraBoard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

1. Use of the Service

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use NeuraBoard. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

1.2 Account Registration

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date account information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

2. Subscription Plans and Payments

2.1 Plans

NeuraBoard offers subscription tiers, each with different features as described on our website.

2.2 Billing

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe, under their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

2.3 Renewal and Cancellation

Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard. Access remains active until the end of your billing cycle.

3. Fair Use and Abuse Policy

3.1 Fair Use

AI and data processing features are unlimited under fair use, meaning usage should remain within normal operational levels that do not negatively impact other users or system performance.

3.2 Abuse

Examples of abuse include:

  • Automated or excessive querying outside normal user behavior.
  • Attempting to overload or exploit the platform.
  • Circumventing subscription limitations or integrations.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts engaged in abusive activity. Abuse investigations are conducted on a case-by-case basis.

4. Integrations and Third-Party Services

4.1 Authorization and Access

By connecting third-party services (including Google services), you:

  • Authorize NeuraBoard to access your data via secure OAuth authentication.
  • Grant read-only access unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Acknowledge that access is limited to the minimum data required to provide the Services.

We store encrypted access tokens and do not store your passwords.

4.2 Compliance with Third-Party Terms

You agree to comply with the terms of any third-party services you connect. NeuraBoard is not responsible for third-party data practices.

You may revoke access at any time from your NeuraBoard dashboard or the third-party service.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using NeuraBoard, you acknowledge that:

  • Data is processed on secure infrastructure with AWS to provide the Services.
  • We access and process your data solely to deliver analytics, insights, and reporting functionality.
  • We do not sell your data.

6. AI Features and Outputs

NeuraBoard provides AI-powered features including chat, reporting, and analytics.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI processing is powered by Google Gemini APIs.
  • Outputs are generated based on your data and inputs.
  • AI outputs are for informational purposes only and may not be fully accurate or complete.
  • NeuraBoard and Tomoor Labs LLC are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

7. Use of Data and API Compliance

When using integrations that include Google services, you agree that:

  • Data accessed via Google APIs will be used only within the functionality of NeuraBoard.
  • You will not use NeuraBoard to misuse, export, or repurpose Google data in violation of Google's policies.
  • NeuraBoard processes Google API data in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content, branding, code, and features of NeuraBoard are the exclusive property of Tomoor Labs LLC. You retain ownership of all data you import or connect through integrations.

8.2 License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform or its AI models.
  • Use NeuraBoard to develop competing products.
  • Remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices.

9. Service Availability

We strive for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. From time to time, maintenance or updates may cause temporary service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • NeuraBoard and Tomoor Labs LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for your most recent subscription period.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Your usage causes harm, disruption, or risk to the platform or other users.
  • You engage in fraud or misuse of integrations.

Upon termination, access to all dashboards, integrations, and AI features will be revoked. You may export your data before termination takes effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of UAE.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of NeuraBoard after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
