NeuraBoard Documentation
Everything you need to know to get the most out of the platform.
Overview
NeuraBoard is an AI-powered business intelligence platform that centralizes data from multiple sources and enables analysis, reporting, and planning within a single system.
Users connect their accounts, aggregate performance data, and use built-in AI tools to analyze results, track KPIs, simulate growth scenarios, and develop strategies.
Getting Started
Setting Up Your Account
To begin using NeuraBoard:
- Create an account
- Connect at least one integration
- Access the Command Center to view aggregated data
- Configure dashboards, KPIs, or reports based on your needs
Once a connection is established, data is automatically pulled and refreshed daily.
Core Concepts
Integration
A supported external platform such as Google Ads or Stripe.
Connection
A specific account linked within an integration. Users can connect multiple accounts per integration.
Data Flow
Data is pulled from each connection, processed daily, and made available across dashboards, reports, AI tools, and planning features.
Dashboard
A customizable interface displaying selected data across one or more connections.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
A metric tracked against a defined target over a selected timeframe.
AI Tokens
Usage-based units consumed when generating AI outputs. Tokens are used across:
- AI Assistant
- Performance Reports
- KPI analysis
- Growth Simulator
- Strategy Planner
Platform Structure
NeuraBoard is organized into three main areas:
Command Center
Data visibility, monitoring, and reporting
NeuraOS
Planning, simulation, and strategy tools
Management
Integrations, users, and account settings
Integrations
NeuraBoard supports the following integrations:
Each integration can support multiple connections. Once connected, data is automatically pulled and refreshed daily.
Data Handling
- Data is synced automatically on a daily basis
- Historical data is available for up to 365 days
- All features (dashboards, reports, AI tools, simulations) operate within this 365-day data window
- Data availability may vary depending on the source platform and its reporting behavior
Command Center
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a centralized view of performance across all connected accounts. It aggregates data from selected connections into a single interface.
Users can fully customize each dashboard by:
- Renaming dashboards and connections
- Selecting which integrations to include
- Choosing which data sections are displayed
Data is refreshed daily and includes up to 365 days of historical performance.
Daily Briefing
Daily Briefing presents a summary of the health metrics from the previous day across all connected accounts.
The metrics included are predefined and standardized to provide a consistent view of account health. This feature is not customizable.
Performance Reports
Performance Reports are AI-generated summaries of performance over a selected period.
Reports are:
- Generated on demand by the user
- Available in weekly or monthly formats
- Based on data within the 365-day historical window
Users can:
- Filter by date range, platform, and generation status (ready, processing, queued, failed, not generated)
- View reports grouped by time period or in table format
- Export reports as PDF
Neura AI Assistant
The Neura AI Assistant is a conversational interface that allows users to query and analyze their data.
Users can:
- Ask performance-related questions
- Compare different accounts or platforms
- Retrieve insights across connected data sources
A reset option is available to clear selected platforms or accounts and start a new query context.
NeuraOS
KPI Tracker
The KPI Tracker allows users to define and monitor key performance indicators.
Each KPI includes:
- Selected metric
- Target value
- Timeframe
Once created, KPI cards are updated daily using the latest available data.
Users can optionally generate AI analysis for each KPI, providing additional context and interpretation of performance against the defined target.
Growth Simulator
The Growth Simulator enables users to model how changes in performance inputs may impact outcomes.
Users define a scenario by selecting:
- Platform
- Impacted metric
- Adjusted metric
- Adjustment value
- Timeframe
Simulations are generated using historical data (up to 365 days) and produce:
- Projected performance outcomes
- AI-generated strategic analysis
Recent simulations are stored for reference.
Strategy Planner
The Strategy Planner is a workspace-based tool for building and managing strategic plans using a conversational AI interface.
Each workspace includes:
- Name
- Objective
- Linked metrics
- Tags
- Time horizon (up to 365 days)
- Owner
- Status (draft, active, on hold, completed, closed)
Users can interact with AI to develop strategies iteratively.
When generating a strategic summary, the output includes:
- Key assumptions
- Decisions made
- Open questions
Workspaces support exporting both chat history and AI-generated summaries as a PDF file.
Management
Integrations
Users can manage all connected platforms and accounts from the Integrations section.
- 13 integrations are supported
- Multiple connections per integration are allowed
- Data syncing is automatic once connected

Miscellaneous
AI Usage
AI functionality is integrated across multiple features, including:
- Assistant queries
- Report generation
- KPI analysis
- Growth simulations
- Strategy planning
Usage is measured in tokens. Token consumption depends on the complexity and size of the input and generated output.
Permissions & Access
Access is controlled through predefined roles:
Permissions are enforced at the feature level.
Errors & Troubleshooting
Integration not syncing
- Reconnect the account
- Verify permissions with the external platform
Report not generating
- Check report status (queued, processing, failed)
Missing or incomplete data
- Confirm the connection is active
- Verify data availability from the source platform
Security & Privacy
- Data access is limited to authorized connections
- Permissions are enforced through role-based access control
- Integration access is granted through user authorization during connection
